Two layers, one very considered skort. The outer layer is solid navy with a drawstring tie at the waist and a ruffled navy-and-stripe waistband. Below it, a white-and-navy pinstripe layer peeks out with its own gathered ruffle hem — like a separate underskirt showing through. The layered effect looks intentional and styled without any effort.
